Elastollan® is a versatile material, offering highest innovation potential. The TPU - thermoplastic PU elastomer - developed, made and marketed by BASF Polyurethanes can be processed with various methods.
Elastollan features an extraordinary property profile combining elasticity with resistance over a wide range of temperatures. It is abrasion- and impact-resistant, has a good elastic recovery, is tear and kink-resistant as well as oil- and grease-resistant. Moreover, Elastollan can be modified for specific applications, by glass-fibre reinforcement, for instance.
600 Series
Elastollan 600 Series products are specially formulated for high transparency and a wide processing window.
800 Series
The Elastollan 800 Series is primarily for the extrusion of film and sheet applications, and features excellent transparency and the ability to meet a number of specific certifications.
1100 Series
Elastollan 1100 Series polyether-based TPUs can be used for a variety of processes, including injection molding, blow molding and extrusion.
1200 Series
The Elastollan 1200 Series is designed for injection molding and provides a unique advantage over thermoplastic urethanes from other companies.
B Series
Designed specifically for high-performance injection molding and extrusion, the Elastollan B Series contains a hydrolysis stabilizer and has excellent mechanical properties
